Sweet Creeks, named for its 2 creeks, is a rustic modern cabin far removed from the sounds of civilization, but a 15 minute walk to one of the best restaurants and bars in the Beaver Bend area. Designed by a renowned architect, it’s perfect for families or as a luxury getaway for couples. It’s a sophisticated, yet rustic cabin, with spectacular views in the middle of the forest.

Dine on the large deck or sip your hot cup of coffee or glass of wine by the fire table and watch for deer and other wildlife. A hearty outdoor breakfast or dinner dining alfresco are a must. No need to have an itinerary…just relax. Or, enjoy the fishing, swimming, boating or kayaking on the beautiful Beaver Bend Lake or the Mountain Fork River, hiking trails, golf course or just stroll down the rural roads in the woods among the cabins. Plenty of games to play and movies to watch on the all channels Dish satellite package. Sweet Creeks has fast fiber optic cable for those that want/need to stay connected to the outside world.

The kitchen is furnished for the owners that also consider Sweet Creeks as their own escape from the city into the peace and quiet of the woods, the trickle of the 2 creeks, the view from the private deck or the roaring fire pit in the meadow.

Sweet Creeks has 3 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms making it perfect and private for as many as 3 couples. Each bedroom is a master suite with luxury linens and simple, elegant, rustic decor. There’s a playroom/bunkroom equipped with full cable and blue ray DVD and trundle beds to sleep 4.

Enjoy the large family room. Sit by the fireplace and play games at the game table or just take a nap. Take day trips and adventures to the nearby Talimena National Scenic Byway, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, or charming Hot Springs, Arkansas. There’s plenty to do in Hochatown and Sweet Creeks. There also isn’t a thing to do. Either way, you’ll enjoy our beautiful cabin and all it has to offer.

If you think all the relaxing and luxury are all indoors, that's not all!! Cross the meadow and the stream and listen as the peaceful water brings peace upon your soul. In this meadow Sweet Creeks has to offer, relax by the firepit, cook a nice lunch on the grill while waiting at the picnic table, or play a game of horse shoes. With 2 creeks on each side of the meadow, you will feel like you are in your own oasis soaking up the sun.

Beds: 2 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins (trundles)

Firewood: As an added bonus Sweet Creeks will be stocked with a starter supply of firewood will be provided for the fire pit only.

Maximum Occupancy: 10 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.

NOT pet friendly - Failure to comply with a cabin’s “No Pets” policy will result in a charge of an additional $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.

Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.

***With advanced notice, you can order a celebration package such as champagne or wine, souvenir wine glasses, chocolates, and roses/petals.

S’mores and stories around the fire pit are a must! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for s’mores and firewood delivered and ready for your stay. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood. See concierge for more information.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.

Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Gas Fireplaces are seasonal November-May.
