Rising Sun is a one of a kind luxury cabin located in the Kaniatobe trails area. It has 3 king bedrooms and 3.5 baths with an EV Car Charger (Guests Only). Enjoy a relaxing vacation located just minutes from all the Hochatown restaurants, Broken Bow Lake, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Girls Gone Wine, and Beavers Bend State Park.
Rising Sun is a beautifully engineered home that captures the essence of what people look for in a great rental cabin. From the “feel” or “vibe” the cabin radiates the moment you see it to the inviting ambient glow of the fireplace inside to the deck overlooking all the nature outside, you’ll know why Rising Sun is destined to be a crowd pleaser.
Rising Sun boasts an open floor plan to hold your closest friends and family for dining and gathering. A fully furnished kitchen is open to the dining/living areas. Prepare your favorite meal while enjoying a good game on a large flat screen inside or on the back deck, or engaging in good conversation. Challenge someone to a game of pool, foosball, toss horseshoes, or simply relax! The kids will enjoy the playground and exploring the woods!
Excellent for families and groups you’ll have plenty of space for a good night’s sleep at Rising Sun! It offers 3 king bedrooms, each with en suite baths, sleeper sofas in the loft with the pool table and a half bath off the kitchen downstairs. There is also an extra sleeper sofa located in the living room.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our guests as well as our cabin owner's investment. Therefore, we allow reasonable monitoring of the OUTSIDE of the property. Devices are located outside of the cabin exterior facing outward.
Beds: 3 kings, 2 sleeper sofas
Maximum Occupancy: 8 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.
NOT pet friendly - Failure to comply with a cabin’s “No Pets” policy will result in a charge of an additional $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.
Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.
***With advanced notice, you can order a celebration package such as champagne or wine, souvenir wine glasses, chocolates, and roses/petals.
S’mores and stories around the fire pit are a must! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for s’mores and firewood delivered and ready for your stay. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood. See concierge for more information.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.
Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Gas Fireplaces are seasonal November-May.

One of the best places we\'ve rented!
