You will find this gem nestled in the pines of Hochatown near the crystal-clear waters of Broken Bow Lake! Located in a newer area just a few miles North of Hochatown, Northern Exposure is situated perfectly for those that are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. You are only a short drive from restaurants and shopping. A jewel in the forest, Northern Exposure sleeps 8 guests comfortably and provides plenty of privacy with 3 full bathrooms.

Entering the cabin, you are greeted by a charming living area with a beautiful stone fireplace being the focal point of this great space. You will find a large comfy sectional sofa with plenty of room for everyone to relax and catch up on the latest movies you have been meaning to watch or spend time playing games with the kiddos on the table- top arcade console!

Open to the family room, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a funky fun vibe with rustic mint-colored cabinets, stainless steel appliances, modern farmhouse sink, and a gorgeous granite bar-top. It is the perfect place to whip up a yummy brunch for the family or a meal to be enjoyed by all. Enjoy the kitchen being stocked with children’s dishes and cups as no detail has been overlooked.

Take the party outside at Northern Exposure, where the expansive outdoor covered living area is a total 5-star experience! Bathed in the glow of twinkling party lights, this outdoor living area offers comfortable seating, ample dining space and plenty of room! Curl up on the sofa with your morning coffee by the cozy stone fireplace as you watch the kids play or take a dip in the bubbling hot tub, not having to take your eye off the kiddos playing. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you cook out on the well-appointed grill and never miss a minute of the game on the outdoor smart TV. Dine together, rain or shine, at the outdoor dining table and let the kids enjoy having their own space at their dedicated picnic table. Make lasting memories as you chase lightening bugs and roast s’mores over the firepit and tell campfire stories. You may even catch an owl flying into one of the owl houses on the property as you play a game of corn hole!

Just off the living and kitchen area on the 1st floor you have a spectacular king bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. This spa inspired bathroom boasts a gorgeous walk-in shower, made for two, and his and hers double vanities. You will find the 2nd floor master suite to be just as great with the second king bedroom also featuring a private en-suite bathroom and again, a fabulous walk-in shower. Both king master suites are equipped with smart tv’s for your enjoyment.

Say good-bye to sharing your bathroom with the kids as they have their own full bathroom located off the upstairs loft that features two sets of built-in twin bunk beds that comfortably sleep 4 and decorated to the hilt, complete with a smart tv, games, and a fun teepee to keep the kids occupied for hours!

Technology at it’s finest, Northern Exposure offers multiple charging stations for your electronic devices and is equipped with large smart televisions in every bedroom, living area, and outdoor patio area for all your entertainment needs, along with wi-fi and satellite tv giving you ample entertainment options. There is no shortage of fun that will come from the commercial grade table-top video game console that features over 60 classic arcade games including Pacman, Donkey Kong, and more! Have an electric car? You are in luck! Northern Exposure features an electric car charging station for your entire electric car charging needs! There is a fee for using this service so please inform the reservationist if you plan to utilize the charger.

We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of our guests and protecting our cabin owners’ investments. Therefore, we allow reasonable monitoring of the OUTSIDE of the property. Devices are outside of exterior doors facing outward.

Beds: 2 king, 2 Twin/Twin Bunk Beds

Maximum Occupancy: 8 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.

NOT pet friendly - Failure to comply with a cabin’s “No Pets” policy will result in a charge of an additional $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.

Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.

***With advanced notice, you can order a celebration package such as champagne or wine, souvenir wine glasses, chocolates, and roses/petals.

S’mores and stories around the fire pit are a must! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for s’mores and firewood delivered and ready for your stay. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood. See concierge for more information.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.

PLAYGROUND --- The structure that is pictured was unfortunately damaged by a storm and removed from the property to ensure guest safety. We are in the process of replacing.

Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Indoor Fireplaces are seasonal October 15th ~ May 15th.
