5 Bedroom Luxury Cabin

No Objections cabin is a luxurious retreat with modern western décor – perfect for large families and groups (4 king en suites, bunk room, sleeping loft, and sleeper sofa). The wraparound porch and double-height back patio with an outdoor fireplace provide some of the best views in Broken Bow. The cabin is located in the Timber Creek Trails area with great roads and easy access to the heart of Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake.
With over 3,000 square feet, the cabin has 4 king bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom, a bunk room and a loft sleeping area with a shared bathroom. The first master suite is on the ground floor and has a king sized bed, a large copper soaking tub, a walk-in shower with two shower heads, and a desk with a wi-fi booster providing signal throughout the house, in case you have to work during your getaway. The second master suite is on the second floor and also has a king sized bed, a walk-in shower, a large bathroom with two sinks, a double height vaulted ceiling and a private covered balcony. The third and fourth en suite bedrooms both have king sized beds and walk-in tiled showers. The bunk room has four twin beds with a sliding barn door and access to a separate full bathroom right across the hall. The game room includes a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Up the spiral staircase from the game room, the loft has two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
The main floor includes the kitchen with granite countertops, an oversized island with bar stool seating, a double oven, a large cooper sink and all of the appliances, utensils and dinnerware you will need. The kitchen opens to a large living and dining area with a gas fireplace. Floor to ceiling windows on three sides allow you to take in the breathtaking views. The open concept living/kitchen/dining area includes a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating for large groups. Additionally, there is a half bath off of the kitchen / living room area.
The double-height vaulted game room has a second living area with a flat screen TV and large windows. There is a full-sized pool table, arcade game and a balcony that is excellent for star gazing at night. The game room also includes a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee machine, a refrigerator and a separate ice maker. Up the spiral staircase to the loft, there are additional board games and an activity area.
Outside you will find a wraparound front porch with rocking chairs to take in the breathtaking views of the forest. The double-height covered back patio includes an outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, a refrigerator and a built-in gas barbeque grill. There is also a flat screen TV and a wood burning outdoor fireplace. Off the patio there is a covered hot tub large enough for 6-8 people. Additionally, outside there is a fire pit with seating perfect for a campfire and s’mores. A new playground with swings, a slide, a climbing wall and a fort is ready for the kids to play in.

The cabin is located on a corner lot over one acre and has a circle drive for those with larger vehicles or pulling a trailer. Ample parking is surrounded by tall pines.

NOT pet friendly – Failure to comply with a cabin’s “No Pets” policy will result in a charge of an additional $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.
Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.

S’mores and stories around the fire pit are a must! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for s’mores and firewood delivered and ready for your stay. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood. See concierge for more information.
A starter supply of Bounty paper towels, Angel Soft toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.
Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Gas Fireplaces are seasonal November-May.
