5 Bedroom Luxury Cabin
Located in the Heart of Hochatown, on Kaniatobe Trails, Group therapy is a getaway for all ages! With plenty to do at the cabin, from Swimming, grilling out or cozying up inside, Group Therapy is a wonderful space to relax, recharge, and connect with those around you.
For large Families and friend groups, this five-bedroom cabin has it all! The large cabin has a private drive with covered parking for at least three Vehicles, gas fireplaces inside and on outside porch, outdoor seating by a wood fireplace in a private cabana, inground pool, and more! Housing 4 King beds, 2 full sized beds, a twin sized pull out and extra inflatable mattresses, Group Therapy is a great space for you and 14 of your closest friends and family…. See Policies Below
Group Therapy undergoes servicing for the pool every Monday, regardless of occupancy, to ensure safe and clean fun for everyone! Please be aware service is scheduled for mid-morning every Monday, the pool is cleaned with chemicals that may impede use for up to an hour or more.
Tesla Charger available after 1-time fee per stay, please call the Blue Beaver Office for your Temporary activation code!
Beds: 4 kings, 2 full, 1 twin sleeper sofa, 2 queen air mattresses
Maximum Occupancy: 15(adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.
This cabin is NOT pet friendly, disregarding a cabins ‘No Pets’ status can result in additional fees or possible eviction without refund.
Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.
***With advanced notice, you can order a celebration package such as champagne or wine, souvenir wine glasses, chocolates, and roses/petals.
S’mores and stories around the fire pit are a must! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for s’mores and firewood delivered and ready for your stay. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood. See concierge for more information.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.
Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Gas Fireplaces are seasonal October 15th~May 15th
Pool is open for use from Memorial Day to Labor day.
