Inside, you’ll find 5 king bedrooms, an open living and kitchen area, and an upstairs loft with a pool table and poker table for easy downtime between outings. Outside, guests can enjoy the pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, and a long list of family-friendly extras, all less than half a mile from the entrance to Broken Bow Lake and within walking distance of several popular Hochatown spots.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
Fireside is laid out especially well for larger groups, with 3 king bedrooms downstairs and 2 more king bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs primary suite includes a private bath with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in tile shower, while a second upstairs primary suite offers another private bath with double vanities and a soaking tub. One upstairs king bedroom shares a bathroom with the loft area, and there is also a small bunk room with 2 twin beds nearby that works best for children. Altogether, the sleeping layout gives adult couples privacy while still keeping the group connected.

KITCHEN + DINING
The kitchen is built for group stays, with a large island, granite countertops, beautifully finished cabinetry, and full-size appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher. Blue Beaver also notes that the cabin is stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, and glasses for serving family-style meals, and the amenities list includes both a standard kitchen setup and a Keurig-style coffee maker. The adjacent dining area and open kitchen flow make it easy to cook, serve, and stay part of the conversation. This setup works well for everything from quick breakfasts before the lake to full dinners back at the cabin.

LOUNGE SPACES
The main living room is designed as an easy central gathering space, with comfortable sofas facing a large flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Because the common areas are open and spacious, the cabin feels well suited for mixed-age groups and multi-family stays. It is an easy place to settle in after a day around Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake.

OUTSIDE SPACES
Outdoor living is one of the biggest draws here. The covered back deck includes plenty of seating, a large picnic table, a gas stone fireplace, a gas grill, a large hot tub, and an outdoor bar with stools, while the fire pit area below creates another place to gather under the trees. Families will also appreciate the playground, and the added horseshoes, corn hole, and ladder ball make it easy to stay entertained on property.

POOL AVAILABILITY + HEATING
The Pool is open year-round. Heating is available from Sept 15-Jan 1 and then again March 11-May 15. The cost for heating is $150/day for each day of the entire stay. Heating is not available between Jan 1- March 10. Please note we are able to warm the water to around 85-87 degrees, and if the outdoor temps drop below 35 degrees, the pool will enter freeze protection mode, and we can't guarantee the pool will heat to the desired temperature.

GETTING AROUND
Getting around Hochatown is best explored by car, and one is recommended for convenience. The cabin is centrally located, making it easy to reach restaurants, wineries, and attractions within minutes. Parking is available on-site. Rideshare options may be limited, so plan accordingly.
