Double Deuce is perfect for small groups and large families, and cooperate outings! This recently upgraded and rebranded cabin has access from the road in the back of the cabin, as well as large circular drive. Ability to drive your large boats, ATV's and trailers easily onto and out of the property with additional large rocked parking area too!

Three King Bedrooms: one ensuite bath, one Jack and Jill, and one bathroom off the kitchen. The separate, but attached 800 square foot Living/Game room offers an additional full kitchen, full bath, two twin over full bunks, sleeper sofa and games galore! Pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, darts, and electronic game table! Ensuring an enjoyable stay, rain or shine.

Double Deuce also offers a two covered patio areas with three furnished seating areas. The back patio offers a huge blackstone propane grill, rocked gas fireplace with TV and sound bar, hot tub, and two seating areas in the back for outdoor dining and enjoyment. Huge seated firepit along with wooden swing set with jungle fun! All lite up with Bean bag toss, ladder ball, horseshoes, and more are perfect for outdoor games and activities!

Located in the Timber Creek Trails South area, Double Deuce is close enough to walk to the Hochatown Distilling Company, Hochatown Brewery, Okie Girls Coffee and Ice Cream, and more! The Cedar Creek Golf Course, Broken Bow Lake and marina, Beavers Bend State Park with offroad trails, and Girls Gone Wine, Grateful Head Pizza, kids petting zoo, ziplining and more within a couple of miles!

Maximum Occupancy: 13 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.

NOT pet friendly - Failure to comply with a cabin’s “No Pets” policy will result in a charge of an additional $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.

Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.

Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Gas Fireplaces are seasonal October 15th ~ May 15th.
