Are you one of those who thinks that “bigger is always better” or do you like “over the top”! If so, this cabin is definitely the one for you. Dancing Rabbit is a three story over the top luxury cabin, located in the prestigious Southern Hills area. Do you like to have close neighbors? If you said NO, you are in luck! This cabin sits by itself on a cliff side overlooking the branch below.
When you arrive at this grand cabin you will enter the foyer, which offers a half bath, next a grand winding staircase to your right will catch your eye, up that staircase to the top story you will find a nice relaxing loft area with a Twin bed. On this story you have two large queen bedrooms with a full bath to share between the two rooms.
Back down the staircase you enter the heart of this beautiful place, the living area which host a huge, grand gas log fireplace, boasting a flat screen TV placed above the fireplace mantel. The tasteful decor will remind you that you are at a cabin! There are double doors on either side of the fireplace that grant you access to the outdoors. The open floor plan on this story leads you right into the dining area. This is a fabulous area, with a large family dining table that you are sure to love! Just off the dinning area is the kitchen, this is a kitchen fit for a chef! It has absolutely everything one needs to feed a hungry crew or whip up those wonderful family meals. There is plenty of cabinet space so that you can spread out and let your imagination run wild! Just off the dinning/kitchen area is the master queen bedroom. The master host a en suite bathroom featuring a large corner garden tub and a walk-in tile shower. The master bedroom also grants you access to the outdoor deck area on the second story of the cabin.
To reach the first story of this magnificent cabin, you enter another winding staircase down to the first story. This space offers a cozy game room, send all the kiddos down here for hours of fun and games while you have some me time or join them and have that family time you cherish so much. This story also offers a separate queen bedroom with an en suite bath. This bath has a tile walk in shower as well. Again, from this story you can access to the first story deck area. Which bring us to the very best part of this cabin, the grand outside decks leading across the back of the cabin on two of the three stories! The bottom story deck features a hot tub, where taking a nightly dip is a must! You will be under the stars and loving the relaxing, bubbling warm waters.
Back through the cabin and out the double doors or around the side of the cabin just off the first story deck you can access the second story deck. Here is where you will find a gas grill, an outside dining area and a cozy sitting area. Eat brunch out here one day and watch for the wildlife to come right up to the back of the cabin! If you like big, bold and beautiful this is the cabin I would choose! In all the bathrooms you will find fluffy luxury towels and beautiful luxury bedding in the bedrooms to make your stay over the top!

Maximum Occupancy: 12 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.

NOT pet friendly - Failure to comply with a cabin’s “No Pets” policy will result in a charge of an additional $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.

Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.

***With advanced notice, you can order a celebration package such as champagne or wine, souvenir wine glasses, chocolates, and roses/petals.

S’mores and stories around the fire pit are a must! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for s’mores and firewood delivered and ready for your stay. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood. See concierge for more information.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.

Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Indoor Fireplaces are seasonal November-May.
